Both wheels brake from the handlebar on independent levers, so front and rear can be worked separately the way a descent actually requires, rather than everything depending on one system. The all-terrain rubber is cut for two jobs at once: it holds a painted road line through the week and still finds grip on a loose gravel track at the weekend, with no wheel swap in between. Six gears cover the change in gradient. The metal frame carries up to 220 lbs and suits riders 64 in to 74 in tall. Grips, non-slip pedals, and a bell come fitted, 85 percent assembled.
