SIMPLE TO RE-SEASON: Any vegetable oil with a high smoke point can be used to re-season your cast iron, including the following: refined avocado, almond, corn, canola, grapeseed, peanut, safflower, sesame, and sunflower oil.
EASY CARE: Wash by hand using a small amount of dish soap and warm water. Rinse and dry with a paper towel or any lint-free cloth immediately after washing. Do not leave the pan to dry by itself.
