Living in a small apartment or dorm room doesn't mean giving up a full-size sleeping surface - this gray Japanese floor mattress measures 80 x 54 x 3.5 inches and folds flat for storage when you need the floor space back. Underneath the brushed fabric cover sit nine layers of egg-crate and 25D memory foam that keep the mattress from feeling stiff, cushioning shoulders and hips whether it's used nightly, as a guest bed, or unrolled for yoga and meditation. Reinforced stitching along the seams keeps the foam layers aligned even after repeated folding. At roughly 12.2 lbs, it rolls into a compact bundle, cinches with the included straps, and fits in its own storage bag for stowing in a closet or taking along to a dorm, RV, or camping trip. After unboxing, allow 72+ hours for it to fully expand, and maintain it by wiping with a damp cloth and airing in sunlight rather than machine washing.
