The frame is metal with a reinforced crossbar and vertical bars across the back, finished in black, and adjustable foot pads level it on uneven floors. At 21 lbs the table is light to carry yet stable once set. The brown MDF top wipes clean and takes a table lamp, a houseplant, picture frames and a magazine tray.
