Both stools open: an 11.5 x 11.5 x 11 in compartment inside each holds cushions, garden tools or a rolled blanket, which is unusual for seating at this size. Solid acacia wood forms the whole set, rated to 400 lbs per stool and 165 lbs on the 31.5 x 17 x 18 in table. Stools measure 13 x 13 x 15 in and tuck under the table when the deck needs clearing. Total weight is 40 lbs. Oil the wood surface periodically to keep the grain from drying and greying. The three pieces ship together with an instruction sheet.
