Powder-coated steel carries 120 lbs across the whole chest, with metal brackets reinforcing the lid so it does not sag after months of being propped open. Closed the case measures 24-in x 10.5-in x 14-in; open, the lid stands 22-in high. EVA lining protects finished surfaces from the steel body. At 27 lbs empty it stays portable, and the black finish is scratch-resistant and odor-free.
