Six sturdy legs and four extra support legs spread the load under this 14-in full size wood platform bed frame, giving it a 500 lb weight capacity that comfortably holds two adults. Fourteen poplar wood slats support the mattress evenly with no box spring needed, and the frame itself is solid rubber wood and poplar wood in a brown finish. With 10.5 in of open space underneath, storage bins and idle items slide out of sight, which helps in a primary bedroom or an apartment short on closet space. All fittings are secured to keep the frame quiet at night. The bed frame measures 74.5 in L x 53.5 in W x 14 in H and fits a 54 x 75 in full mattress (not included). Its clean, modern lines suit many bedroom styles, and a duster cloth is all it takes to keep the wood clean. Net weight is 61.5 lbs; assembly is required, and instructions are included.
