Spinning is the therapy here rather than the distraction - sitting, kneeling or lying on the disc while it turns works balance and core strength, which is why these appear in sensory rooms as well as playrooms. The seat measures 20 x 19.5 in and sits as low as 6 in from the floor on a non-slip metal base, so a fall is a roll rather than a drop. It carries 220 lbs, enough for an adult to demonstrate. PP and metal weigh 10 lbs. Suitable from three years, with an instruction sheet included.
