Scrollwork in the metal frame and a cherry-toned wood back rail put these stools closer to traditional dining furniture than to a plain kitchen perch. The set of 2 counter-height bar stools fits a kitchen island or breakfast bar. The 16.5-in round seat is padded with sponge under brown PU and turns on a flexible turntable, so reaching across a bar does not mean standing up. A 14 x 12 in back panel supports the mid-spine and the footrest ring sits 10 in up. Each stool holds 300 lbs, measures 19 x 16.5 x 45 in and puts the seat 26 in from the floor. The pair weighs 36 lbs together.
