The floor is what most playhouses leave out, and it is the detail children notice first. This cottage includes internal flooring, so sitting down, crawling in and setting out toys all happen on a clean, dry surface rather than on the lawn. Six windows and a left front door keep it bright and easy to supervise, a planter box gives the garden game somewhere to start, and fir wood construction handles patio or lawn conditions. At 41.1 by 43.3 by 53.9 in it suits a compact yard, and it is qualified from age 2 with a recommended range of 3 to 8. Tested to Cpsia and Astm F963.
