Wide and low, this tower goes where a tall one cannot: under the window sill, beside the nightstand, along the wall of a rented studio. Two rooms sit shoulder to shoulder and a broad perch spans the top, so a pair of cats can occupy it without negotiating. The proportions keep sight lines open, which is the difference between furnishing a small room and filling it.
