One table, six ways to play. This children's activity set works as a study table, a drawing table, a building block table, an art easel, a sand table and a water table, which makes it one of the more flexible pieces you can put in a playroom for a child 18 months and older. The tabletop measures 24.5 in by 23 in and sits 19.5 in high, with a grooved surface that holds building blocks in place and a slot along the edge for pens. Lift the top away using the cut-out handles and the space below becomes a sand pit or a water tray. Fold the easel upright and a whiteboard appears, locking at 29 in, 31 in or 33 in so it can grow with your child. Storage is built into the frame with a book rack and 2 removable baskets, so supplies go away where they are used. The set is molded from Hdpe, Abs and polypropylene materials that rinse clean after wet play, and anti-slip foot pads hold it steady on tile or wood. Both the tabletop and the chair carry up to 110 lbs.
