Vibration training works on the principle that an unstable surface recruits muscle the body would otherwise leave idle, and multi-zone activation is what refines balance over time. This plate brings that into a 22 by 13 inch footprint that slides under a bed, which is the difference between equipment that gets used and equipment that gets stored.Ten speed levels give the session somewhere to go. Lower settings suit a warm-up or a recovery day, higher ones make a plank or a squat hold considerably harder, and a gravity sensor responds to movement during training so the machine adapts rather than repeating one setting throughout. The remote handles adjustment mid-exercise, so balance is never broken reaching for a control.Underneath the comfortable silicone surface is a metal chassis in Abs housing, rated to 220 pounds, and non-slip cups hold the plate against the floor at higher speeds. It runs on 120V 50Hz at 120 watts with a 47 inch cord, needs no assembly, and weighs 14.5 pounds, so it comes out for ten minutes and goes away again. Intended for adult use with children and pets kept clear while running.
