This hydraulic outboard boat steering kit replaces aging or worn steering components on single-engine boats rated up to 300 Hp and speeds up to 60 Mph, including center console, offshore fishing, bass, and flat boats. It pairs an aluminum alloy steering cylinder rated at 468 Kgf output force with a helm pump built for a maximum working pressure of 6.9 MPa, giving reliable directional control at the helm. The cylinder carries an upgraded sealing system that resists saltwater intrusion, plus stainless steel Orb fittings for easy hose routing. The pump includes a replaceable shaft seal, built-in locking valve, relief valve, and airbag for secure operation. A 13.5 inch aluminum alloy and plastic steering wheel pairs with a 22 ft nylon hydraulic hose fitted with quick-fit 1/4 inch connectors that trim to length. Model HK6322A-3 includes the cylinder, pump, wheel, and hose as a complete system wipe surfaces clean to maintain appearance.
